2016 Individual Regional Information

Information on registering and competing in the 2016 Individual Regional tournaments is now posted here.  Last year over 800 scholastic players in grades K-12 competed at the regional level for the opportunity to advance to the State Finals.  Last years High School Champion, Sean Vibbert, earned $7000 in scholarships during high SCI career!

Regional tournaments will again be held at five sites:  Chandler Elementary School in Goshen, Morton High School in Hammond, New Augusta Public Academy North in Indianapolis, Mt. Vernon Junior High School in Mt. Vernon, and Honey Creek Middle School in Terre Haute.

Players can choose to compete in Championship or Junior Varsity Sections.  Those players who qualify will earn the opportunity to play at the State Finals tournament on Jan. 23, 2016 at Pike High School in Indianapolis.

    Jonathan House of Harding elementary in Hammond, should be in 3rd grade and under J.V.. He is in 3rd grade.

      We do not have a division for 3rd grade and under junior varsity. All 3rd grade and under participants play in the same division.

    For the Regional tournament at Morton High School in Hammond, what time does the tournament start? What time does regrestration begin on Jan 2?

      The tournament begins at 9 am Central time. Players should be there no later than 8:30 am. As for check-in, follow the instructions of the tournament staff. There are no on-site registrations. No changes will be allowed.
